The service providers that support this website are: Cloudflare (hosting, security and content delivery); EmailJS (delivers the messages you send through our contact and support forms to our inbox); the YouSafe site assistant and support chat, which runs on our platform at portal.yousafeconsultancy.com, stores conversations with our database provider Supabase, and uses AI providers to generate assistant replies; and, only if you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and Plausible. Accounts, orders, payments and work with independent attorneys or consultants take place on YouSafe Market (market.yousafeconsultancy.com) and are covered by the YouSafe platform Privacy Policy at legal.yousafeconsultancy.com/privacy/.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted storage of sensitive documents, secure communication channels, and restricted access to client files. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) and an online identifier to measure visits; we use it only to understand which pages are useful, not for advertising. Plausible does not use cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also counts page views and measures page performance with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or local storage. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
